Stephen was really helpful, and was really patient to explain every detailed work orders for me. Since I came in only for oil change, the work orders were way much more than what I expected and the waiti explain every detailed work orders for me. Elchico fue sin explicarme como se usaba el producto que fui a instalar también cuando .me llamo a pagar me tuvo 8 min allí y el hablando por teléfono cosa que no entendi .Llame nuevamente hoy lunes el chico me dijo que ellos mas bien me habian atendido pues había llegado sin cita cosa totalmente falsa porque mi cita era a las 3.30 pm luego me dejo en espera como 5 min o mas y luego dijo ya tenemos 18 minutos en esta llamada...su tiempo es valioso y el mio? porque me deja esperando en la línea sin respuesta y ahora tengo que también llevar a pulir mi camioneta en mi único día libre.Quiero de vuelta mi dinero. Conclusión el servicio de ventas excelente pero el de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. More
