Due to my lack of knowledge about cars and model types, Steven not only patiently spent hours answering all of my questions (including phone calls for after the car was purchased!) but I also ended up with the Q3 that I'm absolutely in love with. Car dealerships sometimes have a reputation of trying to maximize their profits by selling you the priciest package or needless upgrades - that was not the case at Audi Dallas. In fact, I felt like it was the opposite where Stephen tried to find me the best deal when he could have easily sold me something pricier. The Audi Dallas team is phenomenal and I highly recommend anyone searching for a new car to ask for Stephen R. as the car specialist. His vast knowledge and experience with all types of vehicles, professionalism, and timeliness makes car purchasing fun! More

He was MOST helpful, and explained things in a way we could understand and remember. Our car was pre-owned, and the former owner had left only one key. Stephen obtained the key and mailed it to us within a few days. When we were in the dealership a week or so later, he remembered and greeted us. A great ambassador for the dealership! More
