Hard to believe but I think they get better every time I am there for my scheduled service. I am currently in my 4th Murano and plan on being in my 5th in a couple of years. Love the product, love the service - why else would I drive 35 miles / 45 minutes and pass by dozens of other dealerships just to get to North Olmsted - it's because of the Deal i get at NON! More

Great Experience We visited the dealership in late September to check out the stock. We were looking for a SUV/Crossover and wanted to give Nissan a look. He went over all of the features and we tested all 3. We decided on the Rogue and came in last week for the purchase. Steve again went over all of the features and we purchased the SL. More

He didn't pressure my daughter-in-law or me into buying or leasing and he provided us with or he got answers for all of the questions that we asked. He seemed to be genuinely interested in getting us the best deal that we were eligible for. Likewise, Sales Manager Lane Arndt readily provided his personal assistance whenever we requested. This was extremely important in the process of meeting our needs and finalizing our deal. Other staff personnel were also friendly and helpful and this contributed to a stressless environment. Lastly, it should be noted that Finance Manager Justin Sandahl was also professional and efficient in completing the required legal paperwork of the deal.
