When I bought my Sorrento in 2012 the staff was fantastic. I have been to the service department several times for oil changes , tire rotations and I had my windows tinted. Recently I went in because my battery was weak. Sands Kia replaced my battery free of charge, no questions asked,and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a new battery and a clean car. We also never made an appointment and it was a holiday weekend. I am100 % satisfied with Sands Kia and I also have referred people who bought a car I love my Sorrento and I would definitely buy from them again. Sands Kia is perfection through & through !! More

Stephen has always been a great service adviser. He is the main reason we go to Sands Kia. He took great care of us at another dealership and when he moved to a new dealership we followed him. On our last service visit, he took pictures of the problem before the bad parts were removed from the vehicle. Then when we came to pick up the vehicle, he had all the bad part to show us. Seeing the pictures and the parts we were able to understand what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. The only place I will take my Kia is Sands Kia! More
