I started going to this dealership,initially for the $8.88 oil changes. I found that this dealership has competive prices and it accepted most delear coupons. Overtime,using this dealer ship,I found $8.88 oil changes. I found that this dealership has competive prices and it accepted most delear coupons. Overtime,using this dealer ship,I found that the technicians were allways right on with my repairs and fixed the problems,the first time. My Service writer Stephen Sanchez was always professional, courteous, always recommended my needed repairs and he always followed through with what he told me. I have found the the service manager, technicians, greeters, delivery people to be courteous, professional and always had a great attitude. I would recommend this Sands Surprise Kia dealership to friends, family and strangers for their Great service from all of their professionals.
