I was born and raised in Eastern Iowa on the Mississippi in Clinton. I made a decision in 2002 to move to Des Moines where I started working at Charles Gabus Ford. I've been in the car business for over 2 decades now after managing restaurants for 5 years. My wife and I have been enjoying traveling for many years and finally decided to start our family. My son Tyler was born on March 19th 2017. Other than getting married and moving to Des Moines, he is the best decision I've made in my lifetime. Steve was in the process of showing us a few different cars one day but all were sold before a decision had been reached. I asked Steve to let me know if any similar cars became available. A few days later, Steve texted and indicated a car would become available soon. He called when it arrived. We drove it and made the deal. He also took an older car off my hands on a fair trade-in! Went above and beyond expectations Found the vehicle I wanted online and contacted them about holding it until I could make the trip depending on the weather. Was able to get there that night and they had the car all ready to go up front when I arrived. Purchasing the car was a breeze and they did a full detail before I left as well as filled the gas tank. Customer services was excellent and I was able to get the exact car I wanted with all the options at a great price. They will be the first place I look for my next purchase. More
