I never imagined I would be so disrespected by a company with such a strong reputation as I was at the KIA dealership in Daytona. I bought a car on October 31st, and upon returning home to Clermont, the car with such a strong reputation as I was at the KIA dealership in Daytona. I bought a car on October 31st, and upon returning home to Clermont, the car began to malfunction and lose power, at which point the engine light came on. Upon arriving home, I reported the problem to the salesperson, even knowing the car was out of warranty. The salesperson saw the message the next day and replied that after speaking with his manager, I should bring the car back for analysis by the company's mechanic. Following this response, I drove for two hours, understanding that even though the car was out of warranty, the company had offered to resolve the problem that arose shortly after leaving the dealership. To my dismay, the salesperson told me I would have to pay for the diagnostic because it was extremely comprehensive and few dealerships had that computer. I then asked to speak to the manager, and the salesperson returned, saying I wouldn't need to pay unless I wanted the service done. They made me wait 4 hours and when I asked how much longer it would take, the maintenance manager said it would be better to get the diagnosis done at Auto Zone because the information would be the same. I felt like a fool, missing work, driving 2 hours each way, paying for fuel and tolls, only to be made to wait and then told that after complaining because the computer was super detailed. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, as they have no respect for the customer. More

The staff was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Philip was so understanding to what I needed and very helpful. For one they didn't give us the car we wanted switched and gave us a different car that we didn't even look at then didn't even give us a total price or the bank loan of where we're going to be paying onl and gave us a different car that we didn't even look at then didn't even give us a total price or the bank loan of where we're going to be paying only gave me half the paperwork then they didn't even look at the car that they sold me it needed rotors and brakes and now a wiper blade that was busted You're waiting room needs to be redone no free snacks no free drinks oh but your little baby water whatever happened to a can of soda or a token for the vending machine you guys are really skipping on being valuable to the customer More

Started Fine then turned HORRIBLE! I discovered my information was falsified after getting my documents from when I first signed with finance. Then after speaking with Mike Tacinelli h I discovered my information was falsified after getting my documents from when I first signed with finance. Then after speaking with Mike Tacinelli he managed to get me a better deal(working with him was fine). However the lies need to stop. My credit score dropped significantly and I'm having to get it straightened out,they got their car back but I'll never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else to. More
