Then after speaking with Mike Tacinelli he managed to get me a better deal(working with him was fine). However the lies need to stop. My credit score dropped significantly and I'm having to get it straightened out,they got their car back but I'll never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else to.

unprofessional way imaginable by William and Stephen. From the start, they withheld key information, coaxed me into signing before providing full details, and flat-out lied during the process. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating and dishonest experience.
The situation escalated further when I returned to pick up the check I had been promised. Instead of handling the matter professionally, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. One of them even referred to me as “impossible”, simply because I expected to receive what was rightfully owed. To be fair, I did interrupt his 18th smoke break of the day at 10am. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in any business setting, let alone a dealership that should value its customers.
The only positive interactions I had were with Marjorie, who was consistently polite and professional, and Albert in service, who was both courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, their professionalism was overshadowed by the appalling conduct of William and Stephen.
I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here: be prepared for lies, manipulation, and disrespect. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
