If you were a customer shopping for a new 2025 Telluride, and the dealer management you were working with said they found the right model and trim package that you and your salesman had negotiated and agreed and the dealer management you were working with said they found the right model and trim package that you and your salesman had negotiated and agreed on, had it delivered and come to find out you purchased a 2024 instead of a 2025, how would you rate the dealer? Salesman was not informed, and I was not informed. After getting an email at home congratulating me on my purchase of a 2024 Telluride, I was a bit surprised. I called my salesman, and he was every bit as surprised as me as he thought he’d sold me a 2025 model and said that’s what he and his boss were searching for. We ended up keeping the car after negotiating some extended warranty, some free oil changes and a homelink mirror upgrade, but this pretty much ruined my opinion of the Daytona Kia dealership. I thought highly of my salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was good at his job. I trusted him and still do. I probably should have pressed for a few more concessions, but the whole ordeal wore me and my wife out. Also, if these surveys mean anything, it would be nice to receive an apology from the dealership owner or at least from the manager who failed to communicate the model year change. I have a feeling I may be waiting a long time. More

Steve was great. Steve was professional and very respectful. Disappointed with other salesman swearing in front of other customers. My wife almost walked out because of the other salesman that was swearing. Picking up new vehicle. Saw cigarette ashes on the car from the salesman standing outside smoking. Steve is the best thing you’ve got going on there. But we’re very happy with the car. More

Johnny promised me a car at half the cost of my current 2023 Sportage with monthly payments of $488. I drove off with an EV6. I called Johnny to let him know the car didn't have the options he said were in 2023 Sportage with monthly payments of $488. I drove off with an EV6. I called Johnny to let him know the car didn't have the options he said were in the car. He told me that he would take care of it. Just bring it in. Well, I brought back in and drove off with a 2025 Sorento with an MSRP of 43k plus or minus a bit, for 37k. Johnny and the tag team in finance sold me that car and the EV6 for a total of just over $120 THOUSAND DOLLARS. After 5 years of going to DAYTONA KIA. The sales department decided to ruin my financial life. For what reason I will never know. The prior year they sold FIVE KIAS to a tag-team of two guys with stolen IDENTITY. I was there for an oil change. Be careful and stay away. Sad part is they know my grandson I am raising. He is ten, autistic and nonverbal. They stole his monthly tuition for private school. I can't wait to see them in court. Thanks Guys More
