Just picked up my 3rd car from Wayne Mazda (in total my family's 5th car from Wayne Mazda) and I couldn't be happier with the choice to get out of my Just picked up my 3rd car from Wayne Mazda (in total my family's 5th car from Wayne Mazda) and I couldn't be happier with the choice to get out of my Mazda 3 lease and into a new CX-9 that I purchased. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Steve. He is always nice, easy going, and personable. Steve will go above and beyond for you. I got my CX-9 for a fair price and in the end I got everything I wanted. If you continue to lease/buy a new car with Wayne Mazda they will really accommodate you. Con Artistist,No accountability,dishonest Sales staff Bought a 2014 CX-5 from Stephan Z in 2013 and I am still waiting on a breakdown of the added charges that drove my negotiated price of 26,500 to well Bought a 2014 CX-5 from Stephan Z in 2013 and I am still waiting on a breakdown of the added charges that drove my negotiated price of 26,500 to well over 32,000. I do know that there were about 2k in taxes and 500 for navi but I was also told my quote contained a Mazda loyalty rebate of approx 700 dollars which was added back on afterwards. After several calls I received no satisfaction and will Never recommend or buy from them again. As a software engineer I've taking several steps to warm potential buyers ,friends and family members in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania of this dealers tactics by utilizing every social networking medium available to us at this time. To add insult to injury when the plates came into the dealer they plated it with the Wayne Mazda licence plate bracket that is illegal in New Jersey.my wife was pulled over and received a $54 ticket. When I confronted Mazda they played dumb ,promised call backs which never happened and refuse to be accountable for this ticket. Repeated calls lead to myy call being passed along to one person to another person to another. None of which were helpful. This experience clearly showed the rampant incompetence within this dealer's organization. Nolan can you hear me now???? More
