There was a discrepancy on the actual mileage of the vehicle I bought of 2,239. more miles than advertised. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, respectful, and pressure-free — exactly how a car purchase should feel. Stephen and Matthew were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely considerate throughout the entire process. They listened carefully, answered every question, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. There was never any pressure — just thoughtful guidance and professionalism. Mike in finance was equally outstanding. He made the paperwork smooth and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and ensured the entire process felt transparent and straightforward. This was truly the most positive, respectful, and seamless dealership experience I’ve ever had. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and I left feeling confident, valued, and grateful. Highly recommend this team and dealership to anyone looking for a truly exceptional car-buying experience. Thank you again to Stephen, Matthew, and Mike for making this such a great experience! More

Had I been treated the same as the others, I would have walked from yours as well. Suggestion - You need to make the process faster. I understand that people need to get recognition for commission purposes based on contact origination or involvement. But making me wait an hour for someone to "sign off" almost cost you the deal. You can thank Matthew for keeping us engaged while waiting. Martin was also very pleasant and nice to work with. More
