They had the tires we needed in stock, got our GL450 up on the lift quickly, offered to shuttle us to lunch while we waited, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Our family is grateful! When I scheduled my B service for my car, knowing that I needed new tires, I asked if they had Pirelli tires in stock, the asst. service mgr. said "yes". After 5 hrs. I paid my bill, walked out to find my needed new tires, I asked if they had Pirelli tires in stock, the asst. service mgr. said "yes". After 5 hrs. I paid my bill, walked out to find my tires were replaced with Michelin. I asked the manager why I didn't get Pirelli, he said "Mercedes always uses Michelin". I bought my Mercedes in Germantown Md with Pirelli tires. I am 61, been driving Mercedes since I was 18. I would have appreciated them telling me they were putting tires that I didn't want on my car before I sat there for so long. I won't be back. Thumbs down for this dealership. Imagine paying $1,300 for no pops that you don't want. More

I took my car in for it's first service today and the service was excellent. My service advisor Steve was very polite and friendly. He told me it may take about 2 hours and offered a shuttle.
