Steve Arnold met me at the door and we were off and running. He told me they would make it work even when I doubted the process. He was ultimately correct and I'm writing this as my brand new vehicle sits outside my place. Overall great experience. No pressure tactics. No headaches. Awesome Experience I typically do not enjoy the car purchasing experience, but my experience purchasing my new Explorer at Koons was very different. There was no haggli I typically do not enjoy the car purchasing experience, but my experience purchasing my new Explorer at Koons was very different. There was no haggling over each individual vehicle. They provided their best "out the door" price and my husband and I felt it was a very good deal based on our experience at another Ford dealership. We contacted Jason before heading in, and he had the vehicle we were interested in being washed up for us before we even got there. Steve was a pleasure to work with and was very efficient. Once we got back to financing, Mike was willing to play with the numbers for us for several scenarios which helped us make sure we were comfortable with our monthly payment. This is our 2nd purchase at Koons, and both time haves been wonderful. We will be sure to go back to Koons with any future purchases. More

KOONS Sterling GREAT experience! I just want to say that I don't ever look forward to buying a car. It's a long exhausting experience at times. Well not the case at KOONS Ford in Ster I just want to say that I don't ever look forward to buying a car. It's a long exhausting experience at times. Well not the case at KOONS Ford in Sterling! I showed up late in the day (1 hour from close) and was greeted by Steve Arnold (salesman) with a big smile and a welcoming disposition! He treated me as though they had just opened. He assisted me in finding the F-150 Lariat that I was looking for and made the process beyond painless. After he squared me away with all of the details, he grabbed the keys and let me take it for a spin. By the time I came back I knew that this was the truck for me. He had all of the paperwork ready and had me out the door with my brand new truck about an hour later. I am beyond grateful for his time and willingness to stay past closing to make sure that I was happy. Thank you so much KOONS Ford and a special thanks to Steve Arnold for his time and hospitality!
