But in the event you can't find what you're looking for at their location, they'll find something nearby and get it for you. The sales approach is very low-key. No pressure, but very helpful. My first day there, Steve Arnold, who responded to an online inquiry of mine, met me and set me up with one of his colleagues (because I was much later than I'd said I'd be). When I made up my mind and came back, Steve made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and that I felt like I was getting a good deal (I did) the whole way through. He and his colleagues, from the detail team through financing and even the sales managers, were fantastic. I have complete confidence that if I have any issues after the sale, Steve is going to make sure I'm taken care of (I heard him take a message from a former customer from two years back who needed his help; remembered exactly who the guy was). Great overall experience. More

Outstanding customer service i recently purchased my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat from them. I visited two other dealerships before hand. One I found on the Internet and had the truck l i recently purchased my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat from them. I visited two other dealerships before hand. One I found on the Internet and had the truck listed at 37 thousand. I drove almost an hour only to have them tell me that price included all the incentives and that no one qualifies for all of them. I was so annoyed that I just walked out. The second dealership isn't to far from my house so I stopped to see what kinda price I was looking at. Found my truck even took it for a test drive and then he tells me 55 thousand. Told him there's no way I'm paying that much for a truck. As I start to walk out he stops me and said he can do 53. Um no! Did I mentioned I was putting 25 thousand down ! Anyway I left and found one at koons for 48. My salesman Stephen Arnold went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before and after. He even came in on his off day just so I can pick up my truck even though I told them it wouldn't be til the weekend that I could . Bottom line is this, if you're looking for a dealership who's honest and not there to just try to get u to spend more than u want this is the place. If you're looking for a dealership who actually cares about their customers and is all about customer service, this is the place. More
