I research quite a bit before buying anything and Steve is 100% fair and professional. I also like the fact that Steve knows the vehicles inside and out. Unlike other dealships that salespeople have to go get an answer to a question, Steve knows the answer right away and fully explains the information. Acura of Dublin treats you with respect and I have come to expect that at other dealers and I rarely find it. More

I got interested in this vehicle after lot of research, Carfax, calling Lexus, calling service centers, etc. and started some price negotiations with the senior sales person at this dealership. After couple of days of going to and fro over the phone, I was surprised when he eventually came back to me after talking with his manager with a price that was even higher than their publicly published price on their own website, autotrader.com, cars.com and other websites. He said that their published price was a mistake. I don't know whether this is 'bait and switch', some kind of car dealers strategy or a mistake but I did not expect this from an Acura dealership. I lost all my confidence at this dealership and am really unhappy about wasting so much at this dealership. Buyers beware. More

Every time I stopped at Acura, Steve was always friendly, respectful and took time to talk about the MDX even though I told him I wasn't ready to buy yet. When we were finally ready to make our purchase, Steve sealed the deal when he got us a good price for our trade-in and for the new vehicle as well. I needed a new car but put it off for a number of months because I did not want to deal with a pushy sales staff and multiple follow up sales calls. My experience with Steve Ault could not have been better. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us the information we needed to compare with other dealers. There was no high pressure sales speech or the feeling of "making the wrong decision if you walk out the door". We took our time, test drove other vehicles and researched Consumer Reports. Acura was naturally at the top of the list so we continued to come back to Acura again and again until we were comfortable with our decision. Steve was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Columbus Acura. More
