Excellent experience!! We were recommended by a friend to give Steve(owner) an opportunity to make us happy shopping for a car and he succeeded in his goal. I had a price p We were recommended by a friend to give Steve(owner) an opportunity to make us happy shopping for a car and he succeeded in his goal. I had a price point that was non negotiable and Steve along with Bobby Madden worked very hard to achieve that goal. Bobby also gave me the opportunity to scare him to death with my test drives. Lol. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and friendly and the showroom was spotless!!! Thank you!!! More

Frustrated I will never send anyone to this dealership . They are holding our $500 deposit on a vehicle that we are not taking anymore. Yes!! it was a special or I will never send anyone to this dealership . They are holding our $500 deposit on a vehicle that we are not taking anymore. Yes!! it was a special order vehicle, but we are not taking the vehicle. Does not give you the right to keep our $500 refundable deposit. I'm not going to give a whole story but just letting everyone know this dealership does not deserve any business . Also as for Steve Barna for no reply at all tells me a lot about how you deal with your customers. More

Unethical Dealership Please, never use this dealer. My elderly mother was taken advantage of when this dealer talked her out of her current lease, and into purchasing her Please, never use this dealer. My elderly mother was taken advantage of when this dealer talked her out of her current lease, and into purchasing her car. We spoke with the dealer on reversing the purchase, and they said they would if the bank (GM Financial) allows it. GM Financial approved reversing the purchase and putting my mother back in her lease, but then the dealer went back on their word and does not want to help out a confused mother. Steve Barna and his team should be ashamed of themselves and no one should ever give them any business. More
