The service center has been beyond helpful. Carl especially, this guy will go above and beyond to help service your vehicle. now for the sales department, the sales rep that i originally worked with especially, this guy will go above and beyond to help service your vehicle. now for the sales department, the sales rep that i originally worked with told me " oh there will be no problem getting you into a versa . come to find out after about 6 hours of being there . nissan needed thousands of dollars put down after i was told $1000 would pretty much approve it immediately. so im still stuck with the same car , my credit was ran 5 times and im not happy about it at all. maybe if theres a different sales department, and i never have to deal with tim again after him rudely hanging up on me, ill buy another car from you guys. steve and art were nothing but helpful to their customers while i was told to go in circles just to help me get a car because mine has been in the shop a million times and its a 2019. So yeah Carl is wonderful and super helpful and so is the sweet girl at the cashiers desk she has blonde hair. i dont know her name. if i could rate some of these people a zero i would. More
