Steve B is the epitome of a professional, and extremely knowledgeable about anything Nissan. Full of fun stories too. I have to say while they offered the usual up charges for things like paint protection knowledgeable about anything Nissan. Full of fun stories too. I have to say while they offered the usual up charges for things like paint protection and extended warranties, when I politely declined them there was no pressure. I know the dealership makes a lot of money with the add-on’s but it was refreshing to not feel pressured into buying them. Kudos to the team at Bill Kay Nissan.
