I just bought a Pacifica from Steve at Bill Kay. I was a disappointed in Steve. He added swat to my car without telling me that it was $1200. Also my car had a lot of scratches on it and it was sup I was a disappointed in Steve. He added swat to my car without telling me that it was $1200. Also my car had a lot of scratches on it and it was supposed of been detailed. I saw the car when it first came in and hadn’t been cleaned up yet. Instead of him pointing out the scratches to me he said nothing. I signed the paperwork on the car, and as I was leaving notice the scratches, there were a lot of them! I went back in and mentioned it to Steve, and said I would like them repaired. That’s when he told me that they had been on the work order. Steve did say they would buff out the scratches. I went home and read the paperwork over and realized I had been charged $1200 for swat. I called and asked for an appointment with the manager. I spoke to Donnie Jorman. He could not have been nicer. There was no fighting involved. He took care of all of the problems with my car. Donnie made what could’ve been a very bad experience a very good one. Donnie was the one that made sure all the scratches were off of my car. He took swat off no problem! I would definitely buy a car from Bill Kay again, knowing that I will be well taken care of. More
