Steve made what can be a grueling process (buying a new car) seamless and easy. He was friendly when my wife and I met him, and thoughtful as we described what we wanted in our GL450. He was clearly knowledgeable about the car and its 2013 model year changes as well as available options. Perhaps most importantly, he was very responsive answering questions and following up on the progress of what ended up being a custom ordered car. When it came to the final paperwork, Steve ensured it was all ready and accurate so pick-up was a breeze. Steve will be my first and last stop the next time I go shopping for a Mercedes (and we now own two!). More

I recently had a problem with my 2003 E320. I called Steve Boston and left a message for him who I purchased the car from and explained my situation. Within hours I received a call from Steve Boston who was on a day off along with the assistance of Fred Romsey and Tom Bolton that they solved my problem which was a costly part that was no longer under warranty.The attention I received with my problem was extraordinary. I've dealt with Steve Boston and the staff at the Natick dealership several times in the past and they always make you feel like your family. I would recommand this dealership to anyone. i have always been aprehensive about visiting a car dealership to purchase a vehicle. I met Steve and he changed all of that. He was honest, personable and did not sell me an overpriced vehicle. I have had quite a few cars bought there-- a 1989 BMW 325 IX, a 2001 BMW X-5, a 2006 Mercedes C-350 4-matic, and a 2009 Mercedes C-300 4-matic. My husband also has bought several cars there. I have always found that the people there are friendly, honest, and pleasant to deal with. It is convenient to get cars serviced there for scheduling appointments and getting nice cars for loaners. I would always consider them as first choice. More

I have been doing business there since 1968 (in Boston), since I first privately imported a Mercedes from Germany. I have subsequently bought many BMW's and Mercedes from Foreign Motors. They provide excellent customer service and support. Good salespeople and service advisers. Technicians have been helpful with advice on maintaining a couple of antique Mercedes that I own. More
