Since I pre-set my appointment, I would think that most of the paperwork would have been completed by the time I arrived. Not so. ALL the paperwork had to be done and I always get a sense that this happe of the paperwork would have been completed by the time I arrived. Not so. There doesn't seem to be any continuity or sense that "they've got this", more like: "what, it's a diesel, huh, we'll have to make sure we got the filters for that", kind of thing. More

Lies, lies and more lies Steve Brandofina lied to me throughout the whole sales process. He lied about incentives. He lied about the price he quoted me. But the biggest lie Steve Brandofina lied to me throughout the whole sales process. He lied about incentives. He lied about the price he quoted me. But the biggest lie was when he told me I could receive a spray-in bedliner for my new truck at cost. He said retail was $620 and cost would be $490. I called the body shop and they said the retail price is $400. Sooo I asked him to explain this. After a bunch of excuses he said I could have it for $350. He next asked that I give him a good score on a satisfaction survey. I said I would answer it honestly. He then got bent out of shape and said I would not receive the loaner car I was promised while my truck was being done. The sales manager and general manager were not much better. Please Stay Far Away from Griffin Chevy. More
