He asked a coworker for help and juggled two of us perfectly. He genuinely looks like he's proud to work for Honda. I had an experience a week prior to my B1 Service that upset me. Took the car in for a minor phone connection issue. When I drove it away, I got about 30 feet before every warning went off include brake system failure and steering system failure. After waiting 45 minutes, they gave me the car at 5:55pm and said it was fixed. I got about 30 feet away before the same error happened again and I immediately turned around. By 6:02pm the service department was completely dark. I got the attention of the technicians in the garage and they attempted to call a service person, but that person never answered their phone. I ended up using the night drop and paying for an Uber to get home. Rude. Brought another car in to fix my shifter button today. Steve has an attitude in his responses that makes you feel like you're asking stupid questions and just wasting his time. Worst yet - he begs for positive reviews because he says he needs them to "feed his family". You get positive reviews for being polite and attentive, not just for showing up. Despite these experiences - This facility is not the closest Honda dealership to our home. We come back because of the people and the service. More

Great customer service, exceptional employees I met with Antwon, who is always very nice and professional, after the initial greet, I was introduced to Steve Bullock who was also very exceptional. I met with Antwon, who is always very nice and professional, after the initial greet, I was introduced to Steve Bullock who was also very exceptional. Even though I needed more done than just my oil change, I anticipated that I would have some extras done, due to my mileages, the work was done faster than expected. Overall great job, even though with all the construction going on. More
