We came in knowing basically what we were looking for and had an idea of what it would cost, so that helped move things along quickly. We were met at the door by salesman Steve Callan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willingly took time to carefully listen to us and direct us to a vehicles that would meet our needs. At all times he treated us with respect and used the tech available to show us car options and point out differences between cars, including price. His help made us feel confident we were making a good decision. We especially appreciated his command and upfront sharing of the pricing and additional cost options available to us and worked with us to close the deal both efficiently and fairly. Thanks Steve! Good buying experience I wasn't shopping for a new vehicle, only bringing my car in for service when I saw a car that appealed to me. While sitting in it I was approached by Steve Callan who engaged me in conversation about the vehicle. I decided to pursue it, if the numbers worked. They didn't quite work so I left without making a purchase. A few weeks later Steve reached out to me to let me know he might have a vehicle for me. After going back and forth on the details, I decided to check it out. Steve met me at the showroom on his day off so I could test drive and, ultimately, purchase the vehicle. I left happy, with a vehicle and terms I could live with and spent considerably less time in the dealership than I've ever spent when buying a car. The overall process was pretty painless and Steve knows how to get it done! I would highly recommend him and Bettenhausen to all prospective buyers. More
