Team Work!!!! “Mercedes makes the car but Ray Catena Mercedes Freehold makes the difference” I had the pleasure of buying my GLC 300 from a great team! The names “Mercedes makes the car but Ray Catena Mercedes Freehold makes the difference” I had the pleasure of buying my GLC 300 from a great team! The names of the people involved are GM Leigh Farrell, Sales manager Steve Chanis and Sale person Bill Hoblitzell. I came into the store at about 15 minutes prior to closing and was treated like the clock didn’t matter, test drive numbers and close took about 40 minutes. The way they all engaged us was outstanding and deserves a high five. The total transaction was seamless and flawless which is a tribute to Mr. Catena’s way of doing business open and transparent from beginning to end. Thank you to all involved in making my purchase a true luxury experience!!!! More

Amazing, Honest Service My husband and I have been looking for a new car to replace our 10 year old Acura. We currently own a 2013 Mercedes C300 - CPO and love it so we thou My husband and I have been looking for a new car to replace our 10 year old Acura. We currently own a 2013 Mercedes C300 - CPO and love it so we thought we would look into a 2018 Mercedes C300 CPO. We went to several Mercedes dealers and none of them gave us the warm and fuzzies (we purposely did not go back to the dealer we got the 2013 fun - horrible dealer experience). We met Matt when he called us after seeing our information come through on the your US website. We went in to meet with him and he was so knowledgeable, honest, and professional and even had a great personality. He had explained things to us (what the different packages were etc) better than any other Mercedes sales person we have met with. We also like that Matt was responsible to work with us any financing, extended warranties, etc. He knew tons about them and made it very easy to make a decision on what we needed. Through test drives to picking up car - Matt was amazing. We will definitely recommend him and Ray Catena - no questions asked. Matt is a go-getter and knows made us feel very comfortable and treated us with respect. Another positive quality with Matt is that he communicates and responds to emails, messages, questions in a very prompt fashion. I must have asked and emailed Matt 100 questions and he gladly answered them all to my satisfaction. when spending alot of money, we, like most others, want to make sure we are spending that money wisely, especially when a car is a purchase that you keep for a long time. We ended up purchasing a 2019 C300 . We love it and can't wait to show it off. For anyone looking to buy a Mercedes - Matt is the man. Thank you Matt. More

Excellent Customer Service! Proud owners of a 2018 GLC 300 4 Matic. I Contacted Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of freehold in February and had the pleasure of connecting with Gin Proud owners of a 2018 GLC 300 4 Matic. I Contacted Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of freehold in February and had the pleasure of connecting with Gina Palano, we started a phone and email relationship that lasted over two months. This relationship resulted in the most amazing car buying experience that I have ever had. It was a long car buying journey that she traveled with me patiently. Gina was informative, and willing to email the vehicle of choice, with the features I asked for. She sent me six GLA 2017 and 2018 new and used with manufacturer specs. I looked at them and got distracted because I knew I had quite a few weeks before the end of my current lease. After a few weeks, I called Gina again to let her know I was still interested and was planning to come in for test drive and to look at colors. Another couple of weeks pass before I contacted Gina again. She continued to patiently work with me and encouraged me to come in. Two weeks before my lease ended, I visited the dealer just to look at colors but Gina wasn’t there. I was greeted immediately and someone by the name of Anthony was assigned to assist me. He was helpful and tried to close the deal for Gina but after inspecting the GLA I realized it was smaller than my current vehicle. I decided to look at a larger vehicle, so I called Gina to let her know I wasn’t happy with the GLA. She stepped right up to the challenge and worked hard to find me the right vehicle with the features I needed. She followed up in a timely manner and made herself available if I had additional questions. She worked out all the details and got me into a GLC. In conclusion Gina displayed courtesy, patience, product knowledge, customer service skills, and friendliness. I look forward to my next car buying experience with Gina Palano. A. H. and C. B. More

I was very surprised when I actually saw what he came up with. He had the two cars waiting for me to show when I arrived. He listened to what I was looking for and found it. Two 2017 models that fit my budget. Very pleased and Alex worked with his manager Steve Chanis to get me a deal that I could live with. Thank you to both Alex and Steve! More
