He explained everything, spent the right amount of time to take us through the process, review all the information and familiarize us with the features of the car we leased He helped us achieve our lease at a fair and reasonable price. He responded to our communications in a timely fashion and followed up with us throughout the process Sunny thoroughly and clearly explained all of the financial aspects of the agreement and spent the time to take us through all the documents and,answer all our questions. Everyone from Chris (Internet Sales), who referred me to Steve Chin (salesman), the manager, Alex and Finance Manager, Howard were all professional and made the process so easy. I went there on a Saturday, they had the exact color and model I wanted, and I picked it up on Tuesday. There was no pressure throughout the entire process like you experience at other dealers. Steve Chin is an outstanding salesman, who gave me a great deal, and spent quite a while with me when I picked up my car going over the technology. Have not needed service yet, so unable to review the Service Dept., but I would highly recommend Mahwah Honda. More
