Everyone from Chris (Internet Sales), who referred me to Steve Chin (salesman), the manager, Alex and Finance Manager, Howard were all professional and made the process so easy. I went there on a Saturday, they had the exact color and model I wanted, and I picked it up on Tuesday. There was no pressure throughout the entire process like you experience at other dealers. Steve Chin is an outstanding salesman, who gave me a great deal, and spent quite a while with me when I picked up my car going over the technology. Have not needed service yet, so unable to review the Service Dept., but I would highly recommend Mahwah Honda. More
