The service department, however, is a completely different experience. Buy your car all day from Steve, but make sure you get your car serviced elsewhere. The Service Dept was supposed to have my car ready in two days. They didn't fix things properly the first time creating more issues. They were willing to take care of everything, but the "we'll have it ready for you in a couple days" is now turned into over a month. More
