Even though Saturdays at Zeck are (AND WERE) purportedly "controlled chaos" we were greeted, seated and began shopping within 15 minutes of arrival. Steve Courter was friendly, down to earth and easy to work with. All of our questions and requests for extra information were dealt with immediately. We were also able to walk around and shop using the QR codes and taking advantages of the unlocked vehicles- which made us feel unhurried and able to weigh all options. After deciding on a beautiful red '14 Ford Escape the process of purchase/financing was quick and painless. Everyone I met there was friendly and upbeat. It really means something to see employees that appear to like their jobs - whether it's a restaurant or the place you buy your next car. I recommend Zeck Ford to anyone. Their excellent customer service, pricing and hilarious test drives by multiple prisons are worth the jaunt. Thank you to Steve and the whole team! More

We Zeck Ford dealership deserves this rating because of their honesty in prices (value), quality of services and efficient when you are ready to buy. We live in Shawnee, KS and my husband works long hours, so it was really great how flexible they were in letting me take the SUV for the weekend so we could truly evaluate it for our family, make sure it fit in our garage and allow my husband to see it as well. In addition, we were there late the next Monday to buy the car so Steve mailed me the missing mats to the car which I was concerned was not true based on prior experience with other dealerships promising something when you leave but he followed through. Steve was very friendly, especially to my 2 year old. He was very understanding and responsive for our quick turnaround. I recommend Steve. They also rewashed the SUV after we took it for the weekend, even though we were buying it. Lastly, they committed to their offer of $300 more than what car max offered us on our trade in. That was one of the reasons why we were considering them to begin with since we had a 45 minute drive. Thanks Zeck Ford & Steve! More

They offered a deal to search for my vehicle and find it and transport it here for me to purchase. Everyone was very nice to work with. Took a long time to find the vehicle, and were very slow to inform me of any progress. I reduced this rating two stars for the following reasons: 1) I followed up with the seller more than they called me; I'm not asking for much, but if you say it'll take two weeks, then call me back in two weeks, not wait for me to call; 2) the salesperson was very friendly and polite but not at all knowledgable about the car. Overall my experience was fine. I would recommend this dealer to others to use the car buying service, but I would caution them on the afore-mentioned critiques. More
