I dealt with Steve Courter when I arrived to pick up my car. He went with me on a test drive to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and then took time to explain how to operate the My Ford Touch features. Two friendly people willing to help in any way possible makes a big difference and the price of the vehicle was spot on with blue book value. I got a great price on a great set of wheels and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I would give 4.5 stars but can't, so I'm giving 5 stars - only reason I would have given 4.5 is because the finance part took longer than I thought it should have. I can't say that the 6 vehicles I've bought over the past few years have taken more than 90 minutes from arriving to me driving off, but to be fair, this was on a Saturday and this dealer was busier than the dealerships I've previously worked with. I'll be making a 4 hour drive when it's time for our next vehicle to come back to this dealer. More
