There were TVs everywhere, music was playing, and you could tell who worked there because they all were wearing the same grey "Z" t-shirts. We went immediately to the cars we had expressed interest in online. A few hours later we left with a 2016 Explorer for $28k! It was THE BEST car buying experience my wife and I had ever had. The entire staff (sales through finance) was AWESOME! This will be the place we go to from now on. Thanks Zeck! More

Exactly what i was looking for Initially I was referred to this dealer by the guy who supplies oil to this establishment. He mentioned that if I was interested in an F-150, this is Initially I was referred to this dealer by the guy who supplies oil to this establishment. He mentioned that if I was interested in an F-150, this is the place to check out. I found a truck that I was interested in and mentioned that I had to get back home to watch my daughter as my wife was leaving. Instead of trying to convince me to purchase the vehicle and not get back to my family, my sales agent Steve Courter fully understood my situation. It is refreshing to know that Steve was able to put himself in my situation and didn't even think about any type of pressure selling techniques. I am in sales myself and he handled himself the way I try to interact with my clients which I really appreciated. He asked his manager if I could take the truck home with me to show my wife and said I could bring it back either Sunday or Monday. If I was to bring it back Sunday, he said just drop the keys in the service box as no one would be there. So you are telling me that I have the option to drop this truck off on a Sunday with no one there? From a typical dealership model there is no way this would fly. They would require me to come back with the truck during business hours to press the sale. I did drop the truck off that Sunday as it was more convienent for me and my work schedule. That morning I played golf with some friends, and one of the guys said his father in law will only buy from Zeck. I let Steve know that the earliest we could meet would be Wednesday and it was all good. I purchased the vehicle and I couldn't have asked for a better experience or sales representative. Steve made me feel like I was the first guy he had ever sold a truck to (in the sense that he was there every step of the way, answered every question, and truly blew me away), even though he has been in the industry for a very long time. I have no doubt that I will see Steve and all the guys at Zeck Ford the next time I am in the market for a vehicle, and will undoubtedly let others know about my experience. Thanks again Steve! More

Plenty of inventory to look at, but one in particular that met my specific needs. Steve Courter made sure the unit was there when I could visit and took all the time I needed to be certain it was the right one. Brendan Dow worked to get me a very fair trade in allowance. Today, I'm driving a very nice, 2015 F150! Once again a great buying experience, with one caveat. The newer guy in finance (his name eludes me) hadn't worked with my lender before (although we'd used them 3 times in the past) and created some additional paperwork and communication that hadn't been needed previously. More
