I had heard many good reviews about the dealership, had many friends who had purchased through Zeck without problems and had grown up in the town knowing the company and its owners. The Fiesta, unfortunately, turned out to have many problems. My sales representative, the service department and even the owner himself assisted me in troubleshooting, trying to fix different components and eventually trading the car in for a better car. Not only did they prove they stand behind their product, but they have continued to check and insure that my current vehicle is reliable and satisfactory. I would suggest this company to anyone in and out of the Leavenworth area and especially to our military and foreign officers at Fort Leavenworth. More

Both times I've gone to Zeck Ford, and both times I have been extremely pleased. The cars, the prices, the service and the ease of buying from these guys are all second-to-none. This is the best car dealership I have ever worked with and Steve Courter makes this experience super easy. Zeck prices lower than everyone within about 50 miles and as a result they won't negotiate on prices, but their prices are lower than others so that usually doesn't matter. Overall experiences at Zeck: absolutely fantastic. I never want to work with another dealership again. More
