We hadn't bought a new car since 2006 and a lot has changed. He didn't want us to leave the dealership until we felt comfortable. Good Time Had by All Zeck Ford has it figured out. Car buying in a casual but professional atmosphere with friendly approachable people who seem to enjoy their job. The Zeck Ford has it figured out. Car buying in a casual but professional atmosphere with friendly approachable people who seem to enjoy their job. The biggest put-off for me when buying cars is when salesman are aggressive and hover, then become pushy about completing the deal. With all the salespeople working together in a non-commissioned situation - it is much more of team atmosphere created by Derek Zeck and his people. Steve Courter was great to deal with one-on-one looking to make sure I was satisfied with all the details - he had product knowledge and provided a great deal on my trade-in. The trade-in staff were very transparent in their appraisal of my car and showed me how they came to their valuation. And while Jace the sales manager made sure I was properly informed on specifics, and Michael in the finance department made the paperwork quick and easy, while answering all my questions - Dan made sure the car was perfect before leaving the lot. I have no problem recommending this dealer to any family or friends wanting to get a great car buying experience. I will be back. More

They were upfront about everything potentially wrong with the cars I test drive and very transparent about the fees and taxes I would pay on my purchased vehicle. Steve made sure to give my wife and I plenty of time to think about/discuss the decision we were making too. They are serious about not lowering their prices, so if you plan to negotiate, make sure you find a comparable car that is actually cheaper before going in. They will not budge otherwise. But I can respect that. More

car trade-in this is the 3rd vehicle I've gotten from Zeck Ford. I have dealt with Steve Courter,super nice guy,very helpful. This time I searched on-line.Found wh this is the 3rd vehicle I've gotten from Zeck Ford. I have dealt with Steve Courter,super nice guy,very helpful. This time I searched on-line.Found what I was looking for,called Steve,he got the vehicle ready for me. I went down at 5:30 pm on Friday,Steve gave me the keys and told me to enjoy the car for 24 hrs. Needless to say,I loved it,my family all fit comfortably. Called Steve the next morning,he got all the paperwork ready then called me to come in and sign. I will definitely recommend Zeck Ford and Steve Courter to anybody looking for a vehicle!! Awesome Group of Guys Steve was awesome spent an entire day with us test driving the cars we thought we would want. They let us have sometime to decide with out pressuring us to buy. Went back when we thought we knew what we wanted and Steve was busy but Jeff stepped right in and picked up where Steve left off. Treated us awesome never got frustrated with us even though my husband was a tire kicker, LOL. They let us have the time we needed to make the decision on our own. They gave us a great trade in value for our truck. We look forward to buying more cars with them. Awesome bunch of guys!!! More
