The biggest put-off for me when buying cars is when salesman are aggressive and hover, then become pushy about completing the deal. With all the salespeople working together in a non-commissioned situation - it is much more of team atmosphere created by Derek Zeck and his people. Steve Courter was great to deal with one-on-one looking to make sure I was satisfied with all the details - he had product knowledge and provided a great deal on my trade-in. The trade-in staff were very transparent in their appraisal of my car and showed me how they came to their valuation. And while Jace the sales manager made sure I was properly informed on specifics, and Michael in the finance department made the paperwork quick and easy, while answering all my questions - Dan made sure the car was perfect before leaving the lot. I have no problem recommending this dealer to any family or friends wanting to get a great car buying experience. I will be back. More

Steve made sure to give my wife and I plenty of time to think about/discuss the decision we were making too. They are serious about not lowering their prices, so if you plan to negotiate, make sure you find a comparable car that is actually cheaper before going in. They will not budge otherwise. But I can respect that. More

This time I searched on-line.Found what I was looking for,called Steve,he got the vehicle ready for me. I went down at 5:30 pm on Friday,Steve gave me the keys and told me to enjoy the car for 24 hrs. Needless to say,I loved it,my family all fit comfortably.
