My salesman was fantastic and the process was perfect...until it came time to talk to the finance guy. TWO hours repeatedly telling him I absolutely did not want any extended warranties whatsoever. Then, his manager came in, and spent another 30 minutes hard selling them. It took my friend yelling at them to stop, before they would finally leave me alone and get on with my loan. I would LOVE to do business with the sales people again, but I will not recommend this dealership if anyone had to deal with the finance department. They almost lost a sale that day. More

They give you a clear idea of the vehicle's cost and get you behind the wheel for a test drive very quickly. After I had already agreed to purchase a car, their quality control representative noticed a small chip in the windshield. He brought it to my attention and let me know they would replace it free of charge. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Zeck Ford and I will definitely return in the future. Overall, it was a very good experience. More

He did not pressure us but gave us several ways to go. I will go back and send others to Zeck Ford as I really was excited about how non pressured I was. He asked us what we were looking for such as make, model, color and must haves that we needed on the vehicle. In as little 20min he had a car ready for us to test drive. It had everything that we asked for. I believe we were in shock, we were ready to purchase the first one he brought us. There was no pressure. Steve was very professional, polite and helpful. We plan on purchasing more vehicles from your dealership in the future. We will definitely be recommending your dealership to many of our friends and family.
