Outstanding dealership, salesman and manager We had been looking for a car for our daughter that was both nice and in our price range for a 16 year old driver. We arrived at the dealership and were met by steve courter. He asked if there was anything he could help us with and if not just contact him if we had questions. We explained what we were looking for and he took us inside to look at every vehicle they had in our price range. We picked out the ones we liked and test drove them all. We felt bad we test drove so many, but Steve said no problem at all as he wanted us to get something we liked. We finally found one we liked and went back inside. We told them we needed to go home and talk about it and he said no problem. (did not put any pressure on us or ask what he could do to buy it right then) The general sales manager Rodney came over to introduce himself to us and again did not pressure us at all. He just wanted to meet us and make sure we didnt have any questions. We came back and not only bought the car for our daughter, but bought a new truck for us. We told rodney and steve we wanted to surprise our daughter. The detailed the car and had it on the show room floor with a big red bow for us to pick up the next day. Boy was she surprised and what they did to surprise her was amazing. These guys are awesome and I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to look them up. You wont find better salesmen, manager or price. More

We bought a very nice, used Ford Edge for my wife last spring. When it was time to replace my high mileage Ford Fusion with a newer one, we decide to go back to Zeck. Once again, they had a large selection of well equipped, low mileage, value priced Fusions for me to consider. I could do all my shopping and car comparison online, then we made an appointment in our busy schedules to go view and test drive our top choices. The buying process is painless with no pressure to consider other vehicles or to purchase additional services. Their pricing is spot on and the lowest in the market for cars with comparable miles and equipment. The final gauge: my wife has always hated car buying, but she has no problem now when I tell her were going to Zeck. More

Our purchase of a used car from Zeck Ford is definitely deserving of a five star rating, and nothing less! So, where do I begin...? My wife and I had been thinking of trading in her SUV for a (used) deserving of a five star rating, and nothing less! So, where do I begin...? My wife and I had been thinking of trading in her SUV for a (used) Ford Explorer. We stopped by Zeck Ford one night on our way home and found their entire inventory was unlocked and accessible after hours, which allowed us to look inside each car even after the dealership was closed! After finding one that we were interested in, I stopped by the next day during business hours and was absolutely amazed how the rest of my day went while at this dealership. First, when I arrived, I had complete freedom to continue looking through their inventory without the hassle and high-pressure tactics of a salesman approaching me on the lot. Zeck Ford's motto is "No Lot Lizards", and they truly lived up to their word! When I was ready to speak with someone about a car we were interested in, I simply walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Steve Courter, who introduced himself and offered to help. Steve actually listened to what I was looking for and "bent over backwards" to help me find the perfect vehicle. We looked at three or four different Explorers that morning, and he had no problem at all with getting another set of keys or showing me around. I would later come to find that "bending over backwards" would be a common theme with the employees at Zeck Ford. When it came time to negotiating a deal on the trade-in and purchase of the new vehicle, Steve was very open and honest about Zeck's bottom line pricing on the vehicles in their inventory. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the appraisal on my trade in was very fair and just above Kelly Blue Book value. I found the entire process at Zeck Ford to be quite enjoyable. When deciding weather to purchase our new car, Steve made it very clear that he wanted us to be happy with our purchase. At no time during this process did I ever feel compelled to purchase the vehicle. This is very different then what I've experienced at other dealerships, where there are "high pressure" sales tactics, regardless of the customer's overall satisfaction with the car and/or the car payment. Because of the experience we received at Zeck Ford, we were able to comfortably purchase the exact vehicle we were interested in. I was wrong to think this would be the "end" of my experience at Zeck Ford. When I came to pick up our new car a few days later, I was promptly greeted by another employee, Gene Sirabella, who arranged for our new car to be brought to the front doors. Gene also switched our tags for us and topped off the tank before we took the new keys. While fueling our car, he noticed a problem with the paint on one of the doors. This was an issue that I had not noticed when inspecting the vehicle earlier, but was relatively minor in my opinion. This defect obviously did not meet Zeck Ford's standards, and he went so far as to get a sales manager to look at the vehicle, who then arranged for the problem to be corrected at an upcoming service appointment at no charge! When I arrived the following week to drop the car off for service, Steve had already arranged for a loaner car, and the repairs on my vehicle were done in less than three days. The employees in the body shop were equally as helpful and polite when I dropped my car off for service. Overall, we found the employees at Zeck Ford to be extremely customer service oriented, exceptionally dependable, fair, and courteous. They "bent over backwards" multiple times to ensure this customer would be 100% pleased with our new purchase....and settled for nothing less. Because of this, I fully intend to recommend Zeck Ford to all of my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase! Thanks Steve & Gene! More
