My experience at Zeck Ford was amazing. I'm not one to "play games" and "haggle" with purchases, so the easy-going, laid back, helpful service was appreciated. Both my daughter and I were wanting to purchase vehicles, and Steve showed us what he had in our price range that met our wants. My daughter is very pleased with her Ford Fiesta and I am loving my new Escape. I have told several people about my experience at Zeck Ford, and I've already told my husband he needs to get his next vehicle there as well. Great customer service, great prices--just an overall great experience. I have truly found a new way to car shop! More

Zeck Ford is the only dealership/service center I will go to while living in MO/KS area for my vehicle needs. There's no "games" and they are always trying their best to work with me. Especially the service to while living in MO/KS area for my vehicle needs. There's no "games" and they are always trying their best to work with me. Especially the service center who does quality work at affordable price. I have gone to them on (4) occasions now and will go again hands down. On top of that, Military are constantly being watched by dealerships to try to play their games on unsuspecting privates. These guys don't play that, Anyone I have ever heard referring to Zeck Ford has only been positive feedback, Regarding Sales or Service. More

Zeck's had many used Ford Edges to choose from; Steve Courter was very easy to work with; we received a very fair trade-in allowance; and, they delivered the Edge my wife picked out right to my office lo Courter was very easy to work with; we received a very fair trade-in allowance; and, they delivered the Edge my wife picked out right to my office looking like showroom new. Salespersons don't work on commission and for a single female buying a car this was a relief. After two bad experiences with other dealers, we decided to give Zeck a chance. I'm very glad that we did. I love that the staff wears jeans. It makes the experience much more relaxed. Although you can't negotiate on the sales price, I was able to get more for my trade. Our son played in the kids area and Steve kept him happy with candy and popcorn. Even the finance process wasn't too painful. This is one of the best places around. More
