Byers sales and finance personnel went out of their way to make my wife and I comfortable when we came in to review the car just an hour before closing. The salesman answered all our questions during the negotiationon of vehicle price and trade in value of our old car. We had a price for the vehicle and an offer for our car in 30 minutes. The deal was closed in 45 minutes. The business was supposed to close in 15 minutes. However, the finance person took care of all necessary preliminaries, credit check and loan setup even though it was past closing time. All paper work was 90% electronic and completed in 30 minutes. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the best interest rate and answered all our financial question.
