I was contacted by Jeep about a trade in of my 2010 Wrangler. When I met with Rich he was extremely helpful and proceeded to have my trade in valued. Steve DeSetto then gave me a very fair offer on my Wrangler. When I met with Rich he was extremely helpful and proceeded to have my trade in valued. Steve DeSetto then gave me a very fair offer on my car. Rich and Steve worked with me on a new car. After several discussions we were able to come to an amicable price. My car was ordered from the factory. While I was waiting for the car Rich continually provided me with updates on a delivery date. At delivery Rich efficiently executed the paper work, delivered a clean car and went through the car in detail. During 2013/2014 I bought three new cars so I have a very recent base of experience to rate this dealer. The experience with this dealership was excellent. More

I received a letter from East Hills asking that I come in to trade my 2011 Jeep for a 2014 Jeep. I called the dealership and spoke with Gary who advised they were interested in swapping out my lease. East to trade my 2011 Jeep for a 2014 Jeep. I called the dealership and spoke with Gary who advised they were interested in swapping out my lease. East Hills had my 2011 Jeep lease, so he said it would be an easy transition and asked me to come in to work the numbers. I took a day off of work, and went in to discuss the lease terms. Gary had my 2011 Jeep inspected and they contacted the lien holder for dealer buyout information. After working the numbers, the sales team advised that I could get into the new Jeep for nothing down and increased my monthly payment by $10. Everything was set and I was scheduled to pick up the new Jeep the following day. Another day off of work, I called Gary in the morning and he said that 'they couldn't find the car' and asked me to give them a few hours. I called back a few hours later and he said to come by and start signing the docs. When I showed up, the new Jeep was pulled up outside. Gary brought me over to it, replaced the insurance and registration and paired my Iphone to the new Jeep. Gary went inside the dealership to get the paper work together while I stayed in the Jeep testing out the new bells and whistles. While I was in the Jeep, the detail guy came over and told me that the Jeep had been on the lot the whole day but they kept going back and forth about whether or not it should be 'prepped.' So, I went back into the dealership only to be told by the sales manager, Steve, that they made a mistake when working the numbers and would need an additional $2000 down and increase my monthly payment by $40!!?!? As a returning customer and having been invited by the dealership into this new 'deal' and after everything I went through--transferring insurance and registration, etc., for them to change the deal at the last possible second is nothing short of disgusting and is the exact reason dealerships get a bad rap! Amazingly, when I contacted Atlantic Jeep in West Islip and told them about what happened, they were able to get me into the 2014 Jeep without needing any extra money or increasing my monthly payments!!!!! East Hills Jeep is a rip off and has shady business practices. DO NOT USE EAST HILLS JEEP!!!!! More

Very deceitful sales team- online price was lower than advertised price at dealer, hence no real negotiation on price. Sales consultant was very apprehensive when questioned on servicing for pre-owned veh advertised price at dealer, hence no real negotiation on price. Sales consultant was very apprehensive when questioned on servicing for pre-owned vehicle sale. Concerns about faulty functions were not addressed properly- sales team was indifferent about our needs and concerns and was not willing to negotiate at all. When asked for proof of services rendered and about a second key to vehicle, concerns were pushed aside on each attempt with different excuses and no documents presented. Overall, very disappointed- grew tired of the runaround- walked out on sale with my check in hand- would not recommend to anyone! More

I have had my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit for less than a week and I am thrilled with the vehicle. A good part of my pleasure was my experience with East Hills; it is easy to see why they are a 5 less than a week and I am thrilled with the vehicle. A good part of my pleasure was my experience with East Hills; it is easy to see why they are a 5 Star dealer. The showroom is clean and bright and beautiful and the staff is the best! James was my sales consultant; he is friendly, knowledgeable and really worked to make sure I was happy from the minute I made my decision right up to the delivery. Because I had to wait more than two months from the time I ordered my Jeep until it was delivered to the dealership I also had the opportunity to speak with Ed, Steve, Mike and Emil along the way asking for updates when James was not available. They were patient and helpful every step of the way (even though I am sure they thought I was a pest, at times!). The window sticker even says my Jeep was built especially for me! Nice touch, Detroit. With the help of all of the above East Hills really made the whole experience a wonderful, relaxed and happy one. My new Jeep has a rather steep price tag but I felt I was treated very fairly in the negotiations. I believe a good deal is one in which both parties are satisfied and it is my opinion this was a very good deal. I look forward to servicing my new Jeep at East Hills not only because it is convenient but also because I suspect such a well run dealership will have just as well run a service department. More

This was my third lease with Steve DeSetto at East Hills Chrysler and for the third time he did a fabulous job. I love the car and am extremely happy with the deal I got. East Hills was fantastic! I could have not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful sales staff. I was incredibly indecisive about the car I wanted to buy and Steve and Scott were so patient and help for a friendlier or more helpful sales staff. I was incredibly indecisive about the car I wanted to buy and Steve and Scott were so patient and helpful. They priced out multiple vehicles and purchasing options (lease vs buy) and never pushed me in one way or another. They even spent countless hours trying to locate the exact car (color and features) I was looking for. When I finally made a decision, I had the easiest time actually getting the car. It took no longer then 20 minutes to sign and complete all paperwork and make my first payment. It was a smooth and painless process throught the whole purchase. I could not be happier with my new Jeep Cherokee and cannot say enough positive things about the team at East Hills! If you're looking for a Jeep- don't go anywhere else! More
