We were interested in leasing two cars and my wife reached out to Bianca to inquire about possibilities, Bianca was incredibly professional and pleasant and following the initial conversation provided detailed information regarding our inquiry within a short period of time - pretty amazing. Bianca then set us up with an appointment to meet Steve. Let it suffice to say that I have always dreaded the entire car leasing / purchasing experience. The entire back and forth "dance" with the sales team and management has never been something that I walked away from with a smile on my face. From the moment we arrived on Saturday morning, Steve was positive and incredibly professional. We reviewed the details of what we wanted and Steve walked us through on a step by step basis, showing us every detail as it was entered into his computer. There was never a moment in our meeting where we were not aware of our options thanks to Steve's open and honest communication. Steve handled each and every detail of the transaction in a smooth and expedient fashion. Our experience with Adam in Finance was equally as positive. Again, Adam explained every detail and every step involved in the process to us and handled all paperwork, etc. in an amazingly quick timeframe. Our overall experience from the initial conversation with Bianca, through our meetings with Steve and Adam exceeded any expectation that we could have ever imagined. The professionalism and overall hospitality that we experienced was exemplary for anyone in a sales related position. We drove away from the dealership in our two new cars with smiles plastered on our faces thanks to Steve and his team. More

"No buyers' remorse here" So my wife and I traipse down to Hamer Toyota on July 4 after reflecting on how very blessed we are to live in the USA, the "Greatest country on God's So my wife and I traipse down to Hamer Toyota on July 4 after reflecting on how very blessed we are to live in the USA, the "Greatest country on God's green earth" (Michael Medved) with my wife clutching her dog eared copy of "Consumer Reports" used car guide. We were fortunate to meet with a no nonsense gentleman named Steve Denson and his able assistant Bianca. He showed us many used (I mean pre-owned) as well as new cars without trying to influence our decision with the proverbial fast talk and there was zero pressure. We thanked him for his time and left. We took the next several days to review and research and decided to do business with Hamer. Yesterday I called Steve and said I would return to his store today as my wife and I had made a decision. We agreed on leasing a new Toyota Vensa with more bells and whistles than we'll ever use. I arrived promptly at 11:30a for our scheduled appointment and Steve was waiting for me. Completing the initial paperwork and credit app was simple and uneventful and the deal was executed very promptly and efficiently. Steve then ushered me into the wizard Adriana's office to complete the DMV paperwork and she knows her business as we finished the signings in record time, then her printer spit out a temporary registration and I was on my way. A quick aside: At one point Steve went to retrieve some paperwork and while I was awaiting his return I overheard Bianca call a customer and say, "I just checked and your car cover isn't in yet but we expect it tomorrow and I'll call you when it arrives". When was the last time a business called you and said, "Hey, we haven't forgotten about you". This probably sounds like I have a vested interest in this joint, well, I don't. I've bought other vehicles over the years but can't remember leaving a dealership feeling so satisfied because I felt I had received great service, was made to feel special and paid a very very fair price for the vehicle. Can't really expect more than that. I suggest you give them a shot at winning your business. Paly. More
