I was upside-down on what I owed on my leased car and the car had frame damage among other damage from 3 accidents in 3 months (surprisingly none were my fault!) Steve didn't hassle me. He explained everything, offered me a great trade in value on my beat up car, secured the locked in price from the internet and told me what my payments would be. I had been to 4 other Toyota dealerships during the week who constantly changed the price of the vehicle and jerked me around. Steve was honest and efficient.
