I came in with my dad to look around for the right truck about 3-4 weeks ago & that’s when we met Steve. Right away he gave off such genuine and positive energy. Unfortunately they didn’t have the truck my about 3-4 weeks ago & that’s when we met Steve. Right away he gave off such genuine and positive energy. Unfortunately they didn’t have the truck my dad wanted at the time so Steve did not try to sell us something else- he honored what we wanted and made it a point to make us feel seen & heard. Yesterday my dad and I went back to Hamer to meet with Steve and turned out they had a few of the trucks my dad was looking for. Steve made the entire process so easy and hassle free. He was patient with our process of understanding numbers/dealership talk and really did his best to help us understand. He kept reminding us that he would only sell if it was truly what we wanted and if it made my dad happy. By the end of the deal my dad said “people like Steve are the reason people come back”. I leased my Toyota Camry from NoHo, but once my lease ends I’ll be coming back to Hamer to work with Steve! More
