I would give zero stars if I could. Do Not buy your vehicle from here!!! 4 months into having mine numerous electrical problems started happening. In the last four months I have had to Do Not buy your vehicle from here!!! 4 months into having mine numerous electrical problems started happening. In the last four months I have had to have the battery replaced along with the motor in the back windshield wiper and the harness in the shifter. The display read steering assist reduced drive with care and they returned the car to me saying they didn’t know why. I had to have the radiator replaced because it had leaks in it, the heat won’t work until you get to 77 degrees and only works for a short period of time at that temp, the heated seats turn themselves down to the lowest level right after being turned on and the radio will randomly not allow you to turn it off or adjust the volume up or down. Every time I brought it in for repairs was a nightmare. There is no communication between employees and departments and they leave you sitting there for hours just to tell you they don’t have the part. The general manager will assure you that he will handle things and then you will never hear from him again. This was a certified pre owned vehicle with only 30,000 miles on it. I have attempted several times to get them to do the right thing and put me in a safe vehicle but they refuse. If you want your family to be in a safe, reliable vehicle trust me and go somewhere else. I can not remember the names of all of the ppl I dealt with so I can’t give an accurate star rating on here because you have to give each person you dealt with a rating so don’t go by the stars. They always go out of their way to pick up and drop off my car. Service staff is amazing, never have an issue getting me right in.
