I decided to wait for my vehicle and was told it would be about 2.5 hours for everything. They had me out of there in under 2 hours. The staff there is phenomenal. Always pleasant and professional. They're quick and attentive. And the waiting area is more of a lounge area. Top notch all the way around. More

A buddy of mine had recommended I stop by and talk to Steve as the lease on my Honda at that point was up. Steve was a huge help and after coming in and test driving a couple of Grand Cherokee’s I made my decision. I decided to leave David Dodge and lease an Audi, rookie mistake!! Fast forward 3 years, the lease on my Audi is coming to a close and my same buddy says “you should go back and see Steve.” So that exactly what I did and after driving just about every model on the lot I decided on a Dodge Ram Big Horn Crew Cab. I don’t think I can ever go back to a small vehicle, the truck is awesome and the overall experience at David Dodge was just as good. Steve was great, he walked me through the Durango, the Grand Cherokee and The Ram and back to the Grand Cherokee and even though I’m sure that was annoying as xxxx he was never pushy!! Then when it came down to the final decision the finance team was awesome in helping me get the deal I was looking for!! Overall, my experience was great and I would/have recommended David Dodge to friends and family and look forward to dealing with them again when my lease comes to a close. More

Where to begin... getting the runaround about where my truck was, not fixing the issues they caused, taking entirely too long for an oil change (well over an hour), showing up for a scheduled recall appointment only to be told they didn't have the parts when I got there, damaging my tailgate to the point of it needing to be repainted and trying to hide that, being told I was getting 2 years of free oil changes only to have that changed to 1 year without notice, and they either don't listen to the customer or they just don't care. More
