Equally as important, I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. The dealership is currently being remodeled, but it never affected my experience there. Maybe most impressive to me was how Stephen and all of David Dodge are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. When I was unable to pick up my new vehicle, they arranged to have it delivered to my home. Now that customer service! Would highly recommend David Dodge, and Stephen Ellis in particular. More

I first worked with Alyssa Mumley through email for about a week, who was very responsive to all my emails. I had very specific upgrade requests and a price I was looking to spend and she spent a great deal of time working with me to answer my questions and find a vehicle with my specific requests! The first time I visited the dealership, Steve Ellis met me in the parking lot and picked up exactly where Alyssa left off in helping me with my purchase. My husband and I worked with Steve over the course of a few days to appraise our trade-ins, test drive a comparable model, answer our questions and discuss some initial financing. Once we gave him the green light, he personally picked up my Cherokee for me and brought it back to the dealership, even calling to check in with me once he was with the vehicle! Our final step of the process involved Andy in Finance, who was not only knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining our options, but has quite a sense of humor, which kept the mood light and fun throughout the finance process. From the very beginning to the very end of my experience, I felt like the most important client at David’s. I think it’s important to note that David’s is not the closest Jeep dealership to my house and not the first I visited, but the short drive was worth the experience I received. Compared to experiences I’ve had at other local dealerships, the employees I worked with at David’s exceed not only in professionalism and quality, but also in friendliness and courtesy. Every interaction was enjoyable and efficient and I truly felt as though the employees worked to ensure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. Thank you to the employees at David’s and I look forward to working with you again in the future! More

Normally apprehensive about car dealers, but Steven Ellis at David Dodge made the whole thing so straightforward and comfortable. We really felt like he understood what we needed and went the extra mile to make sure we walked away satisfied. We got a great price on our trade (Steven went back and pressed the sales manager for a better number), and my wife absolutely loves the Jeep Grand Cherokee we bought. We had intended to buy a Toyota, and had lousy experiences at two local Toyota dealers. We decided to check out the Jeeps at the last minute, and the whole test drive, shopping and buying the car took a total of less than 2 hours. Fantastic! Steven gets it. Customers don't want to feel like they are being taken advantage of, but rather want to feel like the dealer is being honest, and is really trying to help them get the product and price they want. That's what we got, and I'd go back to David Dodge in a heartbeat, and will definitely recommend them to many friends and family. Thanks Steven!! More

Easy, quick and painless My husband and I knew we wanted a Jeep but we weren't sure which one to choose. We went to David Dodge and from the first greeting we received at the front door, I knew this wasn't going to be so tough. It was a Saturday morning and even though it was crowded already, everyone was so friendly. Steve Ellis, with his big smile and casual manner, won us over right away. He gave me a bottle of water and a box of chocolates for Mother's Day. My husband was able to test drive the three Jeeps that he was interested in and we choose the 2014 Patriot. I wanted Navy Blue and I got my wish. The process went very smoothly and we were on our way by lunchtime, with our new car. On his way to work a few days earlier, my husband was hit by a drunk driver and our car was totaled. We were not planning on buying a new car for another year or so. There were times in the past when we purchased a car (from other dealers) where we sat in the dealership for hours waiting on numerous people to talk to. Not this time. Financing was a breeze and we got a really low interest rate. No more hassles ever again at other dealerships. We're always going to David Dodge ! More
