I went to the dealership to purchase my vehicle and received excellent service from both Melissa Haas (Internet Sales) and Steve Ellis (Lot Sales). They showed me quite a few options they had on the lot and walked me through the process of purchasing the vehicle (numbers, options and test drive). I am very pleased with their level of customer commitment and professionalism thus my loyalty to this dealership. My vehicle developed an issue with the TPS system and they were very quick to get me in to the service bay and have that rectified within an hour. The entire sales and maintenance team are very professional and know what they are doing. I plan on making David Dodge my primary car dealership for any future purchases.
