After our test drive we decided to focus on purchasing a different vehicle. My girlfriend and I were able to work out the terms for the new car over the phone with Steve and the Dealership because we did not have enough time to visit the dealership again before leaving for vacation. After verbally agreeing to the purchase terms, the Dealership held the car for 10+ days while we were on vacation. When we returned to complete the transaction, the terms were exactly the same and Steve and John stayed very late on a Saturday to get all of the paperwork finished so we could take the car home that night. Everyone we interacted with was responsive, kind and extremely cooperative. Overall a great experience. More

She even threw in a 2 yr warranty for an extra $5 a month...how could I say no to that? The whole entire process took less than 2 hours...I would buy my next car there without hesitation and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! My wife had heard good things about David Dodge Chrysler so I emailed them for a quote. Alyssa, there internet specialist was in touch and we negotiated a price. David was away on business but he also took the time to email me to work out the deal. I then went to the dealership and met Steve Ellis to do all the paperwork. Steve and Alyssa were both excellent and very professional. I could not say enough about them. Jason who did the finance work was also excellent. The most exceptional part of my experience at David Dodge was that I was unable to drive to Glen Mills to pick up the vehicle before I left for my vacation and two representatives from the dealership, Stephen Hollis and Brandon Heffner personally drove the vehicle to my home in the Lehigh Valley on a Friday evening. Stephen spent an ample amount of time reviewing all of the features of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond and it was truly an outstanding customer service experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
