Steve worked his butt off to get us a great deal on a new Grand Cherokee and the entire buying process was quick, thorough and professional. By the time we made it out to the dealer, my car was detailed and ready to go... All I had to do was sign papers, and go! I have watched you every day for a while during my Young and the Restless. My husband and I were due for a new car. I have always loved Chrysler 300s. Last week I googled Chrysler dealerships. We live in Northeast Philly and have quite a few dealerships in our area. I decided to check your dealership out, and Im glad we did. I called and spoke to Stephen Ellis. Stephen was such a nice man. I gave him a ton of questions and he had all the answers. It was so refreshing to come see and test drive a car without all of the haggling. Stephen didn't push anything, he was very professional and down to earth. It was almost like talking to family members. Every person I can into contact with was friendly and upbeat.
