Steve Emery is the best My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and he managed to get the blade out and my wife used the spare key to drive to the dealership and get a new key made. Steve washed the car while she waited for the new key. THAT is service above and beyond the call of duty. John Gall More

Plan on a wait. They told me my car would be ready in 3 hours. I Had to wait another 1 and 1/2 hours at the dealer before it was done. ************UPDATE************* *******************************UPDATE*********************** After posting this review I heard from the GM of the dealership Scott who assured me h *******************************UPDATE*********************** After posting this review I heard from the GM of the dealership Scott who assured me he would listen to the tape of my interaction with the finance guy in question. To say it plainly I did not believe him based on my previous interaction with his employees. To my surprise he advised me no matter what was said on the tape, that since I left thinking that I was buying the full coverage he would honor that for 3 years. He would replace the tire and make sure the warranty was in place. I was pleased by this and would have been satisfied there. If this surprised me, what happened next shocked me!!! Scott called me back about 15 minutes later and said he had listened to the tape and that I was absolutely correct I was sold one coverage and given another. He apologised profusely and assured me this was not the way they do business. first, let me say, he had no reason to continue to look into this and even less to tell me that I was correct since he had already appeased me. This above and beyond approach to customer service was not expected after my initial encounter with Bell Honda. On this conversation Scott also informed me that he would extend the coverage to match what I was told in the finance room to 5 Years for the tires and paint and he extended the bumper to bumper to 7 years 125,000 miles. I was now completely blown away!!! Scott set my daughter up with Steve in service who would help her get the tire changed today. My daughter called me afterwards to say that not only was Steve very nice, he was waiting at the door for her when she arrived. He had her new contracts for the warranties in hand and ready to be signed and her car was taken back immediately. She was out of there with her new tire and new warranty paperwork in less than 45 minutes. Then to my surprise yet again, Steve called me and said he had read my review one last time and noticed that we had never received the $25 gas card we were promised either. He verified my address and said it would be in the mail today. To be honest this was the first time I have ever reviewed a company, but my initial experience was so bad I could not stomach just sitting here and taking it. I did not know what would happen by writing this review but I knew I had to let people know about my experience. As upset as I was yesterday, I am equally if not more impressed and satisfied with the attention and concern placed on my complaint by Scott and Steve. I never in a million years expected this to be resolved in such a speedy and customer-centric way. If you would have asked me yesterday if I would ever go to this dealership again, I would have said a few curse words followed by and exclamated NO!! I can now honestly say that I would trust Scott as a man of his word, and would do business with him or any company he runs at any time in the future. Scott told me he did not expect me to remove or change my review because it was accurate and he was embarrassed that it was all true, but the way he jumped in with both feet and made the situation right, there was no way I could leave that last review up. Thank you Steve for taking care of Darian today, and Thank you Scott for being a stand up guy!! By the way you will know exactly how I felt in 5 years when you are helping your daughter finance her first Honda!!!!! Sincerely, Phil Miller More

Amazing service from Steve Emery and the service department! Purchased a used 07 accord here last year, and have always used their service department for maintenance. Just got my car back today after leaving it overnight for a repair, and its running beautifully like when I purchased the car! A huge thanks to Steve Emery for being absolutely great during the stressfulness of having car troubles in this heat. He even provided me with a rental car since I had to leave it overnight. I will definitely continue to come to Steve at the Bell Honda service department for anything my beauty needs!! More

Steve Emery is the best service rep ever I have been taking my Hondas to Steve Emery for years now. There is not a better service rep on this planet. He is always professional and courteous. He always makes good recommendations and he never pressures me to get service that I don't need at that time. Before I went to Steve, I was always afraid to get my car serviced, because of the scare tactics used by some service reps. I now enjoy taking my cars in, because I know Steve will treat me fairly and honestly. Steve Emery is the best. More

We were from out of town and hoped to get our CRV looked at for an air conditioning problem before we left. Steve got us in 30 minutes after we called and the car was fixed by the next morning. Took my car for it's 100K service, and look forward to many more miles of trouble free operation. I have been working with Steve Emery for the last few years, and he always does a great job of taking to many more miles of trouble free operation. I have been working with Steve Emery for the last few years, and he always does a great job of taking care of my cars. He keeps me informed about the required service, and lets me make the decision of which repairs are urgent and which repairs can be done in the future. The costs for work at the dealership may not be the least expensive, but I know that if I have issues later that I will have someone that will correct the problem without a hassle. I highly recommend Steve Emery and Bell Honda Service. More

Steve works extremely efficiently. Whenever there is an issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. On my last visit, 2/13/14, I came in to have my ba issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. On my last visit, 2/13/14, I came in to have my battery replaced. Steve made sure that a technician had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. That is certainly one of the main reasons why I keep coming back for service over and over again. I highly recommend Steve Emery as a top Service Writer. More
