The Transwest service department has been very difficult to work with. Scheduling is a huge issue. No one communicates and the answer to me as the customer is always no. He was able to locate a part that was not going to be available until Sept 26 at a dealership in Nebraska. I was very appreciative of his effort. More

I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+ years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, an years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, and they really don't try to sell extra services e.g. "your transmissioun lines are leaking" (which is both untrue and unneded). Never once has the Service Dept. at Transwest/Henderson attempted to jerk my chain. This is appreciated. It is a real tribute to Transwest that they don't play these games. Good service, Honest Service, and Timely Service. This is the way to keep customers coming back! Thanks Transwest/Henderson Service. More

Steve and Justin, well the whole service department for that matter have been awesome. My truck has been a thorn in their side basically since I brought it with numerous communication codes. So far the root cause has been extremely elusive but I gotta give these guys a A+ for effort. Love the truck but honestly this manufacturer’s defect has been a real pain in the xxx. I had arrived early and was greeted by Steve Endress who was very jovial that early in the morning. My appointment time was promptly kept for my first oil change and tire rotation. It was done in thirty minutes. Check out was easy as a young lady came to the lobby I did not get her name, I signed for the truck and she handed me the keys. During my wait I approached one of the parts customer service personnel and ask if a they had the new dashboard cover for this model yet. He spent some time researching it for me and eventually let me know it has not come out yet. Thanks for great service Mike Jones More
