Over all my years here I have watched Sapaugh grow from a small dealership to one of the largest in the state, and take great pride in all of our accomplishments. I have loyal customers all over the state of Missouri and Illinois, I enjoy watching their families grow as they continue to make the drive back to Sapaugh for all their vehicle needs. I love my Terrain It was about 10yrs when I bought my first car from Sapaugh. I liked how they kept in contact over the years. At first I wasn't going back when I decid It was about 10yrs when I bought my first car from Sapaugh. I liked how they kept in contact over the years. At first I wasn't going back when I decided to trade in my car but the more I looked online the more I realized that's where I should go. The same salesman is still there and he never made me feel like he was saying anything I couldn't believe. He has been there for me and I'm very happy we could find a vehicle that makes me happy. Exceeded expectations We had came in looking at a particular vehicle to buy but had some things that weren't checking all boxes like chrome wheels which wasn't a huge deal. We had came in looking at a particular vehicle to buy but had some things that weren't checking all boxes like chrome wheels which wasn't a huge deal. After taking with Steve and test driving a few cars including the one we had our eye on, Steve managed to find us our perfect car. All the specifics we wanted plus more was covered. We walked away spending a bit more than expected but it's expected when buying a car in general. Steve bent over backwards to get us cars that we mentioned in passing just so we knew which ones we liked or didn't which helped my wife choose the best for her. Completely honest and all around nice guy. More
