After being turned away and given terrible service at another ford dealership, I turned to flood ford in East Greenwich. Steven welcomed me with open arms, knowledge, and patience while I worked some thi another ford dealership, I turned to flood ford in East Greenwich. Steven welcomed me with open arms, knowledge, and patience while I worked some things out to make sure the transaction could go smoothly. Steven came in on his day off to make sure there would be a good time for me to test drive the car I was interested in. Steven maintained great communication throughout the process, and kept flexibility to cater to my demanding life style. If I need to buy another car, I will make sure Flood Ford is my first stop.
