I've been having my Acuras serviced here for over 20 years without any doubt in their integrity. There has never been a doubt that their service recommendation was for real and not an "upsell". Someone is doing a great job hiring the right people and someone is doing a great job training. My feeling is every business has a personality, and that personality is a result of upper management/owner's example. And BTW, the repairs are down as promised ad on time. Do yourself a favor - this is the place to have you car serviced. More
